A study on duration for different pronunciations in emotional states

In this paper we consider some aspects of the duration variation that appear between different pronunciations of the same sentence for different speakers, in four emotional states, joy, fury, sadness and neutral tone. The goal is to present in detail the methodology, the tools, the used data and some results obtained in this study. The methodology used allows a refinement in the analysis of voice emotivity, at the level of vocalic sounds.
