The Influence of Experience Industrial Work Practices, Work Motivation, and Career Guidelines, on Student Work Readiness

This study aims to determine the effect of Industrial Work Practice Experience, Work Motivation, Career Guidance on Student Work Readiness. In this study using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 23.0. The subjects in this study were Vocational Middle School Students. The population in this study is 206 respondents. The sample in this study used a Convenience Sample sample. The type of data collected is quantitative data using a questionnaire method and analyzed using the validity and reliability test. The results showed that there was an influence between the Experience of Industrial Work Practices, Work Motivation, Career Guidance on Student Work Readiness. Based on the results of the validity test that shows that all indicator coefficients in this research have values > 0,116 and values Critical Ratio (C.R.)> 1, 96 and P-value < 0.05 on Industrial Work Practice Experience C.R value 5,375 > 1,96 and P-value 0,000 < 0,05, Work Motivation C.R. 14,923 > 1,96 and P-value 0,000 < 0,05, Career Guidance C.R value 5,396 > 1,96 and P-value 0,000 < 0,05. Thus it can be concluded that Industrial Work Practice Experience, Work Motivation, and Career Guidance have a significant effect on Student Work Readiness.
