Optimization design of circular tooth cylindrical gear driving with reliability theory

The smaller gear's number of teeth and normal module and helix angle and averaging of tooth width are regarded as variable in circular gear's driving design in this paper,the smallest volume sum of the two circular gears is realized as the objective function,and the intensity and stress etc.of gear is processed as the random variable,and the reliability optimization design's mathematical model of circular cylindrical gear's driving is also established in this paper,a real example is optimized with method of punitive function by using the internal point,the result addressed the model is right and reliability.
