Organizational knowledge resources integration in HRM processes

HR (Human Resources) issues are among important elements of the operation of an organisation. Modelling of HRM-related (Human Resources Management) business processes can be extended by including organisational knowledge resources into the tasks of members of a HR team. The aim of the paper is to present the possibilities of using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) notation and OWL (Web Ontology Language) ontology to define HRM processes.
