Modeling and Research of Wind-PV-Water Hybrid Power Generation System

A hybrid power generation system is proposed,including wind power,PV power,hydropower generation and other subsystems.On the basis of building the mathematical model for the hybrid power generation system,the differences are compared and analyzed among three kinds of hybrid power systems,namely,wind-PV-water pumped storage hybrid system,wind-PV pumped storage hybrid system,and simply wind-PV-water hybrid system.By the empirical simulation,the operation problems of hybrid system are also explored.Simulation results show that wind,solar and water energy are complementary significantly;hybrid power generation system of renewable energy has a bigger superiority;and pumped storage can solve the unbalance problem in time between power production and consumption.
