PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION ON TRANSFER CONTRACTING OF CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PROJECT AND ITS UNLAWFUL DIVISION

Through the discussion on conceptions of transfer contracting of engineering project and the unlawful division of contracting of project, the differnces between the transference and division of contracting,as well as the labour affairs, are defined clearly. Several suggestions are proposed concerned with how to slove these problems.It has certain practical meanings for further standardization of the railway architectural market.
