Design of Automatically Assembling Configuration on a Kind of Automobile Engine Oil Cooler

The working principle of a kind of bar type engine oil cooler is described. The automatically assembling process on the bar type engine oil cooler is analyzed in this paper. According to the bar type engine oil cooler,a population project which can implement to assemble automatically is proposed. Eventually,the structure of the feeding equipment and the manipulator with two degree of freedom is designed.
