A Review of Techniques to Determine the Series Resistance of Solar Cells

A review of solar cell series resistance determinations is discussed from a theoretical point of view and from a confrontation with experimental results. The cell diode model is then considered to determine the limitation of each approximated method. Les methodes experimentales conduisant a une determination approchee de la resistance serie d'une cellule solaire sont rapidement indiquees a travers une etude bibliographique. Lee descriptions theoriqrues sont comparees a des resultats experimentaux qui permettent de preciser les limites d'application de chaque methode.
