태권도 몸돌려후려차기의 운동학적 분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate the kinematic differences between the Momdollyo Huryo Chagi of 3 highly skilled Taekwondo demonstration team members with 3 unskilled Taekwondo pariticipants. To record the kinematic data of the motion reflective markers were fixed on the subject and the 8 Prorefex MCU infrared cameras were used. Here are the results of the 3D kinematic data analysis. 1. The performance time was reduced by the highly skilled players for the point after the stepping motion to the maximum hip extension, phase 1 and 2. This meant that for a faster impact time the step had to be performed quicker. 2. At the point of impact of the target, both the maximum extension of the ankle angle and the hip ankle has to occur simultaneously. 3. The knee joint has to be in maximum flexion while the hip extends towards the target at the point of impact. The rotation of the hip creates a centrifugal force which forces the knee to extend quickly reducing the performance time. To increase the centrifugal force the supporting leg and hip pull back in a spring motion also decreasing the performance time. 4. As for the range of motion of the hip joint as the subject steps forward both knee and hip angles must be in a state of maximum flexion to lower the stance. At this point just after the step, the kicking leg knee and the hip extends as much and as fast as possible until the point of impact. 5. To perform an effective Momdollyo Huryo Chagi from the first step event to the impact time the kicking leg must quickly flex at the knee and then as the hip is extending the shank must be extended as quick as possible to increase the maximum speed of the kicking foot.
