드레스룸 결로하자 유형 분류를 통한 결로 발생 매커니즘 분석

According to change of Korean people’s life and living style, the number of required storage space increased in an apartment house that the role of closet furniture replaced by the dressroom space. Having a dressroom in an apartment house is being generalized to the smaller size resident. During the 1980’s and 1990’s, only large space area apartment house has dressroom however, these days less than medium size apartment such as 80m2 space has a dressroom. Dressroom is located adjacent to the bedroom and bathroom that humidity level increase affected by operating humidifier in the bedroom and using a bathtub in the bathroom. In addition, the airflow can be stagnated between the clothing piles. This kind of space feature causes the condensation occurs on the surface between wall and built-in closet, corner of the room, corner of shelves, and low thermal conductivity surfaces such as window and fire door. In this study, classify the case of condensation occurrence in the dressroom and define condensation occurrence region and a mechanism by the building performance simulation.
