Based on the basic structure of an existing heavy oil spray nozzle, a first built-in steam pipe and a second built-in steam pipe are arranged inside a heavy oil pipe additionally, a plurality of supporting legs are installed on the first built-in steam pipe, and the front end of the first built-in steam pipe abuts against a built-in spray nozzle and is provided with a spray hole; the supporting legs abut against the inner wall of the heavy oil pipe, and the first built-in steam pipe is clamped and fixed inside the heavy oil pipe; a groove is formed in the second built-in steam pipe, the rear end of the first built-in steam pipe is inserted into the second built-in steam pipe and welded to the rear end of the groove, and the front end of the second built-in steam pipe is welded to the first built-in steam pipe. The novel heavy oil spray nozzle is provided with three flow channels, the outer flow channel and the inner flow channel are steam flow channels, the middle flow channel is a heavy oil flow channel, and two times of atomization can be conducted on heavy oil; the heavy oil which is subjected to the two times of atomization can burn more sufficiently, combustion flame is uniform and continuous, and the combustion efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, colloid is not generated, and the phenomena of extinguishment and oil leakage are avoided.
