Web service without SOAP

The article tells the way of Web Service Invocation of Exchanging Web which is independented from SOAP.We call it"Web Service Invocation Framework(WSIF).It was designed specially to invocate the Web Service directly,using Web Service Description Language(WSDL),and hiding the complication of bottom visiting agreement(e.g.SOAP).
