3D computer vision measurement systems

This paper introduces categories of 3D measurement systems which are 3D laser scanning system and multi-view stereo vision system. The principle, classification, advantages and disadvantages, key research points and application are all analyzed. The history of foreign and native lunar rovers is reviewed. This paper also summarizes the development state of vision system on rovers. Based on Chinese "the goddess of the moon" projection carried out progressively, the machine vision systems of domestic lunar rover and satellite are described. Finally, the overall trend of 3D computer vision measurement systems is presented.
