Data mining application in customer relationship management

With the continuous development of information technology, the emerging business mode- electronic commerce is changing the family and individual enterprise management and the way of life. With the continuous development of ecommerce, enterprise management of customer relationship will then change. Data mining in a commercial society has enormous attention and become more and more popular. Based on the analysis of the ecommerce environment on the basis of the customer relationship management, and based on clustering analysis customer segment in the application of data mining, this paper want to promote the importance of data mining within the customer relationship management.
