EIP:A New Information Delivery Mechanism for Corporate Enterprise

Quick and effective access to information is an important aspect for enterprise to lower information delivery cost and increase productivity.Enterprise information portal is introduced in this paper as a new information delivery mechanism to help knowledgeable employees to search and retrieve all or only wanted information.Originated from public portal,the architecture of this new mechanism is proposed and such architecture makes special sense for delivering information required in collaborative environment and thus resulting in supporting decision making.Key techniques concerned are discussed at the end of the paper.
