Web Service Oriented E-learning System

The paper proposed Web Service oriented E-learning system to meet the requirement of high level system.The system provides a flexible model for all learning contents and applications to integrate and interact.In this model,learning service provider can publish the service in learning service broker,and learning service requestor can find the service needed from service broker,then binds with provider and uses the service.The advantage of the Web Service oriented E-learning system will make it becoming one of the new trends of the E-learning system development.
