In this paper, an improved mixed orthogonal chaotic mapping algorithm was proposed to solve the problems of multi-path interference and increasing multi-access interference in satellite communication system. Meanwhile, a spread spectrum sequence generation algorithm mixed with different chaotic signals and normalized processing was proposed. The improved chaotic sequence of the phase-space method was used as an initial value to iterate into another chaotic sequence, and then the normalized transformation of Gram-Schmidt was carried out and quantified into a binary sequence. In addition, the simulation model of multi-channel chaotic spread spectrum communication system was established, and the chaos, balance and correlation of the improved chaotic sequence were analyzed, and then the bit error rates of different channels and different user numbers in the simulation system were compared. The simulation results proved that the sequence generated by the algorithm could improve the anti-multipath and multi-access interference capability of spread spectrum communication system, providing some reference for the design of spread spectrum sequence.
