Wibro 시스템에서 집적화된 2차 능동 RC 대역통과 필터 설계

At the front end of the mobile unit for wireless communication, We use SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave) filter to suppress the noise components, transmitting only the desired signals. In this paper, We designed 2nd order RF band pass filter using feedback resistance active inductor, making it possible to integrate the filter using CMOS process unlike the SAW device.
