Transform based system for traffic sign recognition

This article describes system for traffic sign recognition. It belongs to field of Driver Assistance Systems. System is designed to be fast and precisely. This system is based on two steps, fast preprocessing, and detail recognition step. Both make this architecture effective from the point of recognition rate. Experiments have been made with this system. Results and potential of the developed system is discussed.
