Modeling of Pressure Reducing Valves Revisited

The problem of simulating the steady state of water networks is very well known. There are many papers that have been written about this subject. Also there are software packages available for this purpose. However there is no explicitly described method to model the pressure reducing valves (PR\‘s). In this paper we present a detailed algorithm to simulate the PRVs.
