The Principle of Assembly Adjustment to Keep Machine's Accuracy and Its Application

Three kind of basic methods to mount machine by the way of adjustment have been introduced in this paper.Firstly,starting from theoretical analysis,this article has stated the principle of mobile adjusting assembly and its features so as to be sure of fixing accuracy,reduce cost production,increase productivity.Secondly,it offers the principle,methods and procedure of fastening adjustment and its application.After the discussion of an example that compensates error for assembly,its principle and way appear,which help reasonably design the structure and demission of parts and component and simplify technlogy and improve assembly quality.
