Pharmacokinetics of high doses of cyanocobalamin administered by intravenous injection for 26 weeks in rats

1. High doses of vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) may be therapeutically effective to treat neurological alterations secondary to a wide range of disease states. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of dose and repeated administration on the pharmacokinetics of cyanocobalamin in rats.
