The " Shaping Correlator " , Novel Multipath Mitigation Technique 1 The “ Shaping Correlator ” , Novel Multipath Mitigation Technique Applicable to GALILEO BOC ( 1 , 1 ) Modulation Waveforms in High Volume Markets

The new BOC signals proposed for GALILEO have brought back to the forefront the existing Multipath (MP) mitigation techniques. Beyond the high performance but expensive and complex techniques suitable for military or geodetic markets, a keen interest has been directed to the methods applicable to the low cost high-volume markets, and more particularly the Cellular Phone embedded GNSS receiver solutions.
