Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP)

EPA's regulatory oversight of the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) in Carlsbad, NM. WIPP is the nation's first facility for deep geological disposal of transuranic radioactive waste (TRU).
