Web-based System for Microarray Data Storage and Analysis

Microarray technology is one of the most important technologies for the current research on the functional genomics.A web-based system for microarray data storage and analysis can provide the functions for lab information management,data storage,and publication,as well as data analysis.This article presented the main architecture of the system,and compared some popular microarray databases and lab information management systems(LIMS).Some online microarray data analysis systems were also introduced.Furthermore,the improvement and development of the system were prospected.
