Based on the characteristics of different brands of electric vehicles and the road conditions in different time, and the users driving habits of electric taxis and electric private vehicles, the EV load demand of battery distribution stations in the planning area is analyzed as the planning basis of battery centralized charging station. Aiming at the minimum annual comprehensive cost, a locating and sizing planning model of battery centralized charging station is established, which takes into account the costs of energy storage, construction, operation-maintenance and battery transportation. The calculation results show that the load forecasting method of battery distribution station and the planning method of battery centralized charging station are feasible and effective.
