Recently, many different electronic digital currencies have appeared on a daily basis, the reason for this is a great success and the boom brought by the currency of Bitcoin at the level of the Internet. In general, creating a new electronic digital currency such as Bitcoin is not easy but at the same time not impossible, the basic idea is to create a new electronic digital currency in its unique work, but how does it work? In the digital internet currencies system, the delaying on transaction verifying is preventing these currencies from getting increase popularity these days and makes the system vulnerable to attack attempts. In this work, we introduce a proximity awareness extending for the digital currency Bitcoin procedure, a noun as Bitcoins Cluster-Based Pinging Timing procedure (BCBPT). An entire objective of this suggested procedure built on in what way the clusters subedit and the nodes acquaint their affiliation is to ameliorate the transacting propagating retard in the Bitcoin networking. In the BCBPT, the closeness of connectivity in a Bitcoin networking is increasing by gathering Bitcoin nodes built on ping the latency among this nodes. It presents, over simulating which the closeness base ping latencies determine best cluster frameworks which optimizing the performing of the transacting propagating lateness. The lessening of the communicating linking estimate measured via the information propagation period between the nodes fundamentally considered as a critical cause for this improvement. The BCBPT procedure is most efficacious at decrease the transacting propagating lateness.
