A Review of the Herbicide Program in South Vietnam

Abstract : The review includes a history and early development of the use of herbicides in modern warfare. Also included in the report is: A summary of herbicide test and evaluation programs; current operations; defoliation aircraft attrition; assessment of psychological effects of the crop destruction program; and results of herbicide operations in Vietnam.
