A case of atresia of the tricuspid orifice with associated interventricular septal defects and patent foramen ovale, and with anomalous orgins of both coronary arteries from the pulmonary artery, has recently been observed in this laboratory. Primary atresia of the tricuspid orifice is an uncommon congenital cardiac malformation.
