The objectives in making Web 2.0 in a social web amounted knowledge management platform centered on users. Originate there features such as wikis, blogs, sharing tools and communities. In idea management systems, the relevance of the proposals are highlighted according to popularity or social engagement. However, little employee collective knowledge is extracted from these shareholdings. An alternative is social interaction through tags that enable emerging light considered knowledge representations referred to as folksonomies. The study of folksonomies arouses the interest of researchers in data mining to knowledge management platforms. This article proposes a model for representing collect knowledge especially in idea management systems. Addresses then, based on a tripartite hypergraph-nonuniform. From the model it is possible to analyze: (a) Decomposition of graphs; (b) classification; (c) Distribution; and (d) recommendation.
