Pseudoequilibrium in dynamical systems

Pseudoequilibrium states of a dynamical system arc first defined as states which can be approximated at will by suitable motions oven if they are not equilibrium states. Then the main results on finite time pseudoequilibrium are briefly reviewed while the problem of infinite time-pseudoequilibrium is more deeply investigated
