Job Stress and Its Influence on Train Drivers
暂无分享,去创建一个
Train drivers` performance has direct bearing on the safety of railway operation. Railway management always intends to know train divers` perceptions of job stress sources and their mental and physical reactions. Job stress measurement tables were structured on the basis of the conceptual framework of “job stress sources—Moderators—Reactions to job stress”. Questionnaire investigation was made with train drivers under the Taiwan Railway Administration (TRA). The results show that the job stress of train drivers is primarily caused by the physical conditions of driver cabins and environments along railway lines and poorer mental health and work performance follow higher perceptual stress measurements. Suggestions for job stress diminution are put forward for TRA reference.
