Humane Studies and Scientific and Technological Progress——Take Scientific and Technical development of Guangxi for Example

Humane studies are prerequisites to scientific and technical development.Guangxi has made great scientific achievement: new scientific achievement has been made;keeping a certain number of research institutes and technicians;high and new tech development zones are established in Nanning,Guilin,Liuzhou,Beihai;the government has formulated some relevant policies and decrees.But Guangxi still falls behind other provinces.In order to make rapid scientific progress,we should renovate our ideas and speed up the development of social sciences of philosophy,promoting coordinated progress of science and humanistic culture.
