Research of E-commerce Infrastructure Construction in Chang-Ji-Tu Pilot Zone

Construction of E-commerce is one of the most important fields in Chang-Ji-Tu pilot zone development. However, E-commerce infrastructure plays a basic role in its development. In this paper, we compare Chang-Ji-Tu with some developed E-commerce zones in China by E-commerce infrastructure. From perspectives of government, enterprise, financial organization, university, consumer and so on, development scheme of Chang-Ji-Tu infrastructure of E-commerce is proposed and analyzed. In addition, it also gives reference to the development of Chang-Ji-Tu pilot zone.
