Research of the Fruit Impact Crushed Theory

Based on analysis of the method of the traditional fruit and vegetable crusher, a scheme applying the impact crushed theory into the fruit crusher has been put forward. This paper sets up the model of the fruit impact crush, works out the speed of the material, analyses the impact crushed theory, educes the relations between the crush effect and the factors included the rotate speed of the tool pan, the angle of arrival, the diameter of the feed material and so on. According to those theories and studies, many crush experiments have been made with apple and apricot, and the result of test proves that this fruit crusher can increase the rate of diffusion juice and decrease energy consumption.
