Dynamic Vehicle Scheduling Algorithm with Time Windows

With the development of society,people need to use more cars.As a result,the increasing of the amount of cars brings huge traffic pressure and air pollution.Research on car rental and schedule is significant,aiming to satisfy the diversified needs for cars and make full use of car resource.In this paper,a platform for car rental based on BIRIS(Bilateral resource integration service mode) is built.The problem of dynamic vehicle scheduling with time windows is described in detail.Initial solution is made by local search and optimal solutions are gained by tabu search.Finally,many cases are used to verify the algorithm.
