Método Multicritério Aplicado à Priorização dos Desafios da Gerência de Projetos em Desenvolvimento Distribuído de Software

Distributed Software Development (DSD) purpose is to spread software development teams in different geographic locations, seeking to expand the labor options in the market and have no worries about the increase in the physical structure of the company headquarters. With the adoption of DSD as a method of work, several challenges can occur as the project progresses and preventive measures must be taken. Thus, this paper proposes a study on DSD and its challenges, obtaining the possible causes for the event of each challenge and using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to obtain a classification of the challenges and their causes according to the degree of importance assessed by the specialists. As a result of this work, action plans were drawn up using a 5W1H tool, designed to help managers working with DDS to mitigate one of the challenges and execute the project with quality.
