A conference call multi-standby portable terminal and a method thereof are provided to realize a conference call among the portable terminals using different wireless communication networks. A second communication module(420) forms a second wireless communication network and the communication channel. A first audio mixer(461) mixes a voice signal received from the first communication module and a microphone, and transfers the mixed voice signal to the second communication module.
