The beneficial effects of the invention are that in a newly-built airport in Kunming, an HANS and an RAC are fused for applications, and the advantages of the HANS and the RAC of a special-purpose FIMS clustering system are fully integrated, therefore, network loads are reduced, the SAN utilization efficiency is improved, and the whole fault switching efficiency is increased by an order of magnitude. Compared with a simple HANS system of the same Ultra used by other airports, the RAC and HANS system fusion enables the performance and reliability of a system to be greatly improved. Other airports or professional systems need to be restarted and maintained from every week to every month on average. However, an FIMS information system through RAC and HANS fusion for the new airport in Kunming only needs to be maintained and restarted every half year when flight schedule changes are made according to different seasons.
