Portfolio assessment: Its place in the Australian classroom

In this article, the authors discuss the concept of portfolio assessment, describe a model for collecting information that is based on what is valued in literacy learning, examine examples of tasks that might be used, and describe a framework for using the information obtained from these tasks.
