Population‐specific modulation of 5‐HT expression in cultures of embryonic rat rhombencephalon

This study aimed at analyzing the regulation of in vitro serotonin expression by neurons taken from different regions of the embryonic rat rhombenceph‐alon. We studied the influence of co‐culture with alar‐plate tissue using immunocytochemical and biochemical methods.
