돌극비를 고려한 LSPM전동기의 자석슬롯 형상 설계

In this paper, we will deal with the efficiency improvement and power factor of a 2.2㎾, 2-pole, three-Phase Line start permanent magnet synchronous motor (LSPM) using the saliency ratio, that is the ratio of q-axial inductance to d-axial inductance, and the inductance difference between q-axial difference in d-axis inductance (Ld) and q-axis inductance (Lq). The efficiency improvement can be effectively achieved by designing optimization of the rotor structure using the response surface method and finite element method. the optimized slot shape of PM was selected for the prototype machine, which improves the efficiency and power factor of LSPM. Finally the efficiency characteristic of the designed model are compared with that of the initial model.
