Surface acoustic wave devices and applications

Abstract This article covers the design, fabrication, performance, and applications of the SAW oscillator. The author sets out to show that this device has considerable commercial potential and will be the first SAW device to find widespread application at microwave frequencies. This article concludes the series on SAW devices and applications.
