Ratio of analog pulse height module for fluorescence activated cell sorter.

We describe a simple and inexpensive circuit for producing output pulses of amplitude proportional to the ratio of analog pulse height (RAPH) inputs. Use of a diode to limit negative output excursions results in simplified design and is found to be suitable for Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorter (FACS) applications.
