Experiment Research on Fouling Resistance Grey Forecast Model for Circulating Water in Electromagnetic Field

With an independently designed test platform,the fouling resistance of a sample tube section exposed to varying electromagnetic frequencies was obtained,based on which an unequal interval weigh grey model(UWGM(1,1,ω)) and an extensional grey model(EGM(1,1)) were set up for fouling resistance prediction for circulating water systems in electromagnetic field.The forecast accuracy of the two models was analyzed with a conclusion that the latter is better than the former.Forecast results show that the accuracy of both models exceeds 92 percent considering experimental system uncertainty.The models can accurately forecast the trend of fouling resistance with better adaptability to water quality and environment,and are valuable for setting up mathematical models of multiple water quality parameters and researching into scale prevention mechanism by electromagnetic method.
