The purpose of this study was to job fit and organization fit of fitness club employee’s analyze the impact on the relationship between job commitment and service performance. In theory for strategic human resource management of the fitness club policy, to provide practical implication through the methods and processes presented above the following conclusions. First, job fit and organization fit has had a positive effect on job commitment. Second, job fitness and organization fitness has had a positive impact on service performance. Third, job commitment had no significant effect on service performance. Therefore, fitness club managers should have an interest in the job and the organization fit of the organization. Applicants should select the value and worth of fitness with similar organizations, and the development of socialization program for fitness improvement is necessary in order to maintain them.
