Performance Evaluation of Nomadic Lévy Walk on Unit Disk Graphs Using Hierarchical Clustering

Levy walk has attracted attention to its search efficiency. Nomadic Levy Walk is a variant of Homesick Levy Walk, which has homing behavior in addition to the trajectory of Levy Walk. In this walk pattern, each agent relocates its home (sink) position based on some particular strategy with a given probability. In this paper, we propose a novel strategy of relocating the sink using the UPGMA hierarchical clustering method for Nomadic Levy Walk and evaluate it regarding search efficiency by measuring the coverage of a graph.
