Capacity-Increasing 3D Spatial Demultiplexer Design for Optical Wireless MIMO Transmission

A novel passive link-blocking device is presented that provides the ability to separate spatially multiplexed data streams in VLC MIMO systems. A typical indoor scenario has been simulated and real measurements for verification with a 3D-printed specimen have been done.
