Multi-physical Modeling of Proportional Solenoid Valve Based on Ansoft and AMESim

Based on the principle of Finite Element Method( FEM) and Power Bond Graph theory,used Ansoft and AMESim,which are the electromagnetic computation software and the multi-physical modeling software,a complete model of proportional solenoid valve was built,which achieved the coupling of its electrical,magnetic,mechanical and hydraulic multi-physical. As compared with the existing typical model,the proportional solenoid valve model accuracy was perfected by the modeling method,as well as the completeness and dynamic response characteristics. The model was verified by experiments in comparison for its accuracy and static and dynamic characteristics,started from considering separately electromagnetic force,displacement,flow and other target parameters of the proportional solenoid valve. The similarity of the simulation model and the actual physical model is in full compliance with requirements of the hydraulic control system design. Subsequently,it provides reference for the following design of the precision proportional solenoid valve control system.
