Functional Analysis of a Passive Sensor Suite ATR/q System

A passive sensor suite is presented in this paper as a testbed in the development of an integrated automatic target recognition and cueing (ATR/q) system. The system configuration and functional subsystems are described. To achieve a significant performance with a strictly passive suite of sensors, the effective fusion of available information is critical. Various fusion schemes and functional coordinates are investigated.
